This archive includes the Visual Basic V3.0 runtime file (see Notes below). This program will NOT work with VBRUN100.DLL, or VBRUN200.DLL. 

This program allows you to take bitmaps and create an animated presentation from them. You start MATION!, and create a list of the bitmaps you want to include in the animation sequence, then play! Also includes a quick animation viewer, and more.

Notes: Notes: If you already have VBRUN300 (the Visual Basic Version 3.0 Runtime), download the other MATION: Bitmap Animator (NO VB at end of title) instead which excludes it. Once you have VBRUN300.DLL in your Windows\System directory, you no longer need to download archives that contain it.
